BURNS FLAT, Okla. (AP) - An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper who was disciplined following a highly publicized altercation with a paramedic in 2009 is now under investigation for allegedly showing an inappropriate photo to another trooper during a recent Cadet Lawman academy in Burns Flat.

The OHP said Sunday that Trooper Daniel Martin allegedly showed "an inappropriate adult photo" to another trooper during the academy that is for high school students to learn more about the OHP.

Capt. George Brown says the incident was reported to academy staff and Martin was removed as an academy staff member.

Martin was suspended for five days without pay after a video captured him scuffling with an ambulance driver in 2009 after Martin stopped the ambulance because it didn't yield as he was responding to an emergency call. The ambulance was headed to a hospital
