OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police have given the "all clear" after investigating a suspicious package found in downtown Oklahoma City on Saturday afternoon.

Dozens of people were evacuated after a suspicious package was found at Myriad Botanical Gardens around 3:00 p.m. Police say the suspicious backpack was found in a trash can in the gardens.

The Oklahoma City Bomb Squad was called to the scene and determined the package did not pose any real threat. Police did not say what was in the backpack.

Emergency crews blocked off several streets near Reno and Hudson for several hours.
