OKLAHOMA CITY -

Two brothers and their 4-year-old sister got quite a jolt between the third and fourth innings of Tuesday night's Red Hawk's game against New Orleans.

The children's father, Jason Bellar, 29, has been in Afghanistan as part of the National Guard unit at Fort Sill for the past nine months. The kids thought their father wasn't going to be home for another ten days.

But during a break between the third and fourth innings, Bellar appeared while his children participated in a tug of war with the Red Hawks' mascots.

"It's special," Bellar said before the game. "To see the look on their faces."
