OKLAHOMA CITY -

The Oklahoma City Animal Shelter is asking the public for help to identify the owner of a stray brown and white Paint horse.

The horse was taken in by animal welfare officers on Saturday along N. Anderson Road. Officers said the horse shows signs of severe neglect. 

Anyone with information about the owner should call Animal Welfare at (405) 297- 3104.
