Two grandparents barely escaped a burning home in Moore with their grandchildren early Friday morning. It happened at about 2 a.m. in the 2700 block of Queensbury Road.

The grandmother, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair,  woke up to a popping noise and alerted everyone else in the house, including her 9 and 10 year old grandchildren, according to fire officials.

The grandmother said at first, their car in the driveway was on fire, but it quickly spread to the rest of the house.

Firefighters are investigating how the fire started.  No one was hurt.
