Police: Man Shot Inside SW OKC Home During Attempted Robbery

Oklahoma City police say a man was shot during an attempted robbery in his home Friday morning.

It happened at about 1:30 a.m. at a home in the 700 block of S.W. 104th Place near Western Avenue.

Police say the victim invited a woman over to his home. The woman showed up with another man, who officers say tried to rob the homeowner.

During that attempted robbery, the victim was shot in the shoulder.

The victim was taken to the hospital. Police say he's expected to survive.

Police are questioning a couple of people to try and figure out what happened. It is unclear if anyone has been arrested.
