We're following more controversy surrounding the thousands of undocumented children now being housed in the U.S.. Doctors say they could be a health risk.

Our CBS affiliate in San Antonio, Texas, says a child there is infected with the H1N1 virus, also known as the Swine Flu.

Doctor Austin King heads the Texas Medical Association. He's calling on the president to allow doctors to screen children who have come across the border. He says we don't know what disease they currently have, and screening them would be a "humanitarian gesture."
