LINDSAY, Oklahoma -

Three women from Lindsay are sharing their stories after being videotaped while they were nude in a tanning bed.

Lindsay Police arrested Eric McCoy, 31, and said his youngest victim is 14-years-old.

"I feel violated," said Cheyenne Branch, 14.

Branch and her mother, Nita, said they are disgusted to learn that someone was recording them tan at Flexwork Gym at 300 W. Cherokee. The tanning rooms there have a gap at the top where the walls usually meet the ceiling.

"Soon as I got done getting dressed," said Branch. "I looked up in the corner and seen a camera slowly went back."

The arrest affidavit states McCoy was the only other person at the gym at the time and he had a towel with him. Officers said a small black video recorder fell out of the towel when they went to pick it up. Police said, McCoy lowered his head and when asked if he had been recording, he stated, "yes."

"I want everybody else to be aware and this probably isn't the first time that he's done this," said Branch. "You don't just go out and get a video camera and video four women in one day."

Lindsay Police said they found 14 total recordings of four nude women on McCoy's camera. Investigators had to break the news to one of the victims, Raevan Smith.

"In my head, every day that video just replays and I just don't know what he was thinking or what he was doing at the time and why he was doing it," said Raevan Smith.

Investigators cross-referenced the check-in sheet at the tanning bed.

"I was praying that it wasn't me that they got me mixed up with somebody," said Smith. "When I seen the video, I knew it was me and it was disgusting. I just couldn't stop crying."

Smith is warning other women about McCoy.

"He was out there pretending to work out and when the females would go in he would go in right next door to where they were tanning," said Smith. "He picked them. He picked us."

McCoy was charged with using video equipment to secretly record people, which is a felony. He pleaded not guilty and is currently out on bond.
