Tulsa Police say they arrested a man for slamming an infant's head against a wall. A police report shows Andrew Stotts got up early to feed his girlfriend's 6-month-old son, but the boy was fussy.

When Stotts put the child back in the crib, he reportedly slammed the child's head into the crib and wall.

The 25-year-old Stotts told police the force he used was "pretty hard," the arrest report states.

Officers took him into custody Monday after the baby was admitted to a Tulsa hospital with a skull fracture and extensive bruising to his head, face, ear and shoulder.

Stotts is now out of jail this morning on bond. He's due in court next week.
