A 3.7 magnitude earthquake rumbled in central Oklahoma, Sunday afternoon.

The epicenter of the quake was located one mile east of the town of Choctaw, or about 15 miles east of the Oklahoma City metro, just before 3 p.m.

The earthquake was recorded at a depth of six miles. No damage or injuries have been reported at this time.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely from quakes at a 4.0 magnitude and higher.
