OSBI Offers Reward In McClain County Death

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of a McClain County woman.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of a McClain County woman.

Rachelle Flowers, 24, was found dead inside her Blanchard home on April 9, 2014. OSBI agents and McClain County Sheriff's investigators have learned two people were in the area near the time of the victim's death.

One subject was an unknown Caucasian female standing in the front yard of the victim's home at approximately 11:30 that morning. The second subject was a Caucasian male described as standing between 6'2"- 6'5" tall with dark hair, wearing a light colored shirt and blue jeans. He was seen walking in the direction of the victim's home on April 9.
