The rain didn't scare people away from the 38th annual Paseo Arts Festival in northwest Oklahoma City.
Organizers told News 9 roughly 60,000 people visited the festival in the Paseo Arts District this year.
People walking down the district's streets took cover under tents during the rainy weather over the holiday weekend.
The event started on Saturday with rain later that evening, Sunday and Monday. There have been no reports of soggy paintings from the 80 artists on hand from across the country.
Officials with the Paseo Arts Association said the event grows larger every year, bringing in money that goes back into the neighborhood and benefits local schools.
The event ended at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
