Thunder 106, Spurs 97: By The Numbers

Here are some key numbers from Oklahoma City's impressive 106-97 victory against San Antonio in Game 3:

9 — Goodness, Serge Ibaka. No. 9 didn't just return to the Thunder lineup after two missed games with a Grade 2 plantaris strain, he returned with a vengeance. Ibaka hit his first four shots and finished with 15 points on 6-of-7 shooting, seven rebounds, four blocks and was a +11 for OKC in 30 highly-impactful minutes.

48 — San Antonio's field goal percentage in the paint on Sunday. That was a far cry from the 67 percent the Spurs shot combined in Games 1 and 2 of the series with Ibaka out of OKC's lineup.

16 — It wasn't just Ibaka's scoring and shot-blocking ability that helped the Thunder play better, it was also his rebounding. As previously mentioned, Serge grabbed seven boards, but his presence led to a better all-around effort on the glass from the Thunder, which outrebounded San Antonio by 16 (52-36) on Sunday night after getting outrebounded by 18 total in the first two contests.

6 — Stitches for Derek Fisher on his scalp after a bloody collision sent him straight back to the locker room. He was able to return.

0 — Combined minutes for Nick Collison and Thabo Sefolosha in Game 3 after both started the first two games of the series. Maybe it was a statement, maybe it wasn't, but they were the only two active players not to see action in the game.

20 — Points for Manu Ginobili in the first half on 7-of-10 shooting and 5-of-7 from 3. Oklahoma City did a much better job of locking him down in the second half, however, limiting him to three points on 1-for-3 shooting.

100 — After being noticeably less consistent than usual from the free-throw line early in the playoffs, Kevin Durant seems to have found his touch in the Western Conference Finals. KD is 100 percent, 16-of-16, from the foul line through three games, including 8-for-8 in Game 3.

51 — After scoring just 15 points each in an abysmal Game 2 outing, Russell Westbrook and KD were back in their dynamic-duo form, scoring 51 total points. Both shot 8-for-19 from the field and were a combined 16-of-16 from the free-throw line. And it wasn't just their scoring either. Durant grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds and Westbrook had a game-best seven assists with eight rebounds and three steals.

18,203 — The Peake played a big part in this one. Yes, OKC played well in both facets, but the energy from the crowd certainly aided in the Thunder's efforts. Loud City was deafening in this one.

50 — The Thunder has won 50 percent of the time is has been down 2-1 in a series since 2011, going 3-3 in such situations. According to ESPN, the rest of the NBA is just 6-45 in that span.

8 — Consecutive victories for the Thunder against the Spurs in Chesapeake Energy Arena. OKC will go for win No. 9 straight on Tuesday in an attempt to level the series at 2-2.
