OKLAHOMA CITY -- Showers and thunderstorms are likely on Friday with the best chances in the afternoon and evening. Morning temperatures were in the upper 60s and the humidity is on the increase as well.

Western Oklahoma will see the scattered showers first on Friday and it will slowly build east. We will keep a 40 percent chance for rain in the OKC area with partly cloudy skies and southerly winds 10-20mph.

The afternoon high will be in the mid-80s for most of Oklahoma.

The chance of rain will continue Friday night with an overnight low near 70 degrees. Saturday, scattered showers continue with a 40 percent chance in the metro and a high near 85 degrees.

It'll be much of the same on Sunday, scattered showers and a high near 86.

Memorial Day Monday will be a rainy day for much of the state, with 90 percent rain chances and a high near 80.
