OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police arrested a man who is accused of exposing himself in an Oklahoma City neighborhood.

According to the police report, Tuesday night, a 15-year-old girl was walking her dog in the neighborhood when she saw a man, later identified as 24-year-old Joshua Whiteman, get out of his vehicle wearing only a shirt and no pants.

The victim said Whiteman bent over as if he was looking for something in his car, and he never made eye contact with her. Whiteman then got back into his car and drove away.

When the victim told her mother about the incident, the mother reportedly got into her vehicle and followed Whiteman's car to the Stars and Stripes Park, located near W. Hefner Road and Lake Hefner Parkway.

When officers arrived at the park, they took Whiteman into custody. He was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of engaging in acts of lewdness.
