What is your reason for running? Ronald Reagan once said the nine most terrifying words in the English language are "I'm from the government and I'm here to help" — Candidly, to make the Corporation Commission more user friendly the commission needs to undue, repeal and get out of the way of consumers and the energy industry in our state. Plain the simple, the corporation commission should be the backstop to prevent undue and unjust utility rate increases that will hurt consumers and cripple industry in our state. Even more, the federal government in the form of the EPA and Obama administration has had a catastrophic impact on consumers due to bureaucratic overreach and their affinity to appease left-wing environmental groups in order to "save the earth" and therefore, have had a direct impact on rate increases now and in the future. I will fight and be a firm line of defense against rate increases because of some politician or bureaucrat in DC.

Why should Oklahomans vote for you? The corporation commission needs to be on the offense against the EPA and federal government. The biggest change I will bring is a proactive approach to fight the administration on the energy killing policies they are trying to dictate to Oklahoma. If I am elected to office my #1 goal is to keep utility rates low for consumers and therefore, competitive for Oklahoma to attract and retain industry. Just as important, my goal is to push–back against federal regulation to continue the energy renaissance in Oklahoma. I am asking for your vote because I will be the most aggressive person to get to the commission and stand against the EPA and their job killing regulations. I am not afraid to be the "last man standing" to preserve low utility rates and the growth of the energy industry.
