Police arrested a man early Monday morning who is accused of robbing at least four people at gunpoint and even kidnapping one of the victims.

Police say 19-year-old Jason Andrew Orrantia robbed three people as they conducted transactions at ATMs in southwest Oklahoma City, and then robbed and kidnapped another person.

According to police, the first incident happened at about 3 a.m. on Sunday, April 27. The victim said he was withdrawing cash at the outdoor ATM of Bank of America, located at 2701 S. Harvey Avenue, when a man robbed him at gunpoint.

Just before 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, officers responded to another armed robbery at Chase Bank in the 4500 block of S. Penn.. The victim in this case said she was withdrawing cash from the ATM when a man came up to her with a gun and demanded money. The suspect got away the victim's purse which contained several credit cards.

And again, at about 5 a.m. Friday, officers responded to another armed robbery at Bank of Oklahoma at S.W. 26th and S. Harvey Ave. The victim told police she was also going to get cash from the ATM when the suspect approached her with a gun and demanded money.

In this case, the suspect was caught on the surveillance camera at the bank.

Another victim told police that he was walking back home at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday when someone drove up to him in the area of S.W. 35th and Walker. The person in the car reportedly pointed a gun at the victim and demanded money.

Police say there were two suspects in the car, and one of them told the victim to get in. They drove around for about 20 minutes before stopping at a store.

The suspects then asked for the victim's PIN. After obtaining money from his card, the suspects dropped the victim off, according to police.

Police say Orrantia is responsible for all four robberies. He was arrested at 2 a.m. on Monday in the 2600 block of S.W. 41st Street.

Orrantia has been booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on four counts of robbery with a firearm, and one count of kidnapping. The other suspect in the robbery and kidnapping case has not been arrested.
