Wednesday morning around 9 a.m., Oklahoma City police served an arrest warrant on that man at a south Oklahoma City apartment complex.

He is wanted for assault with the intent to commit murder. And Oklahoma City police say they were able to place him into custody without incident.

Oklahoma city police say they got a tip that there was a person wanted out of Michigan on felony warrant and even gave police the apartment number of where they could find him.

Banks is being held without bond at the Oklahoma County jail. There is a request to extradite him back to Detroit.
