Two Injured, One Critical After Head-On Collision In NW OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Two people were seriously injured after a head-on collision in a northwest Oklahoma City neighborhood, Saturday afternoon.

Emergency crews were called to the scene near Kelley Ave. and Katherine Pl. just after 2:30 p.m.

Investigators say one vehicle was heading northbound on Kelley when the driver crossed left of center for an unknown reason and collided with a truck heading southbound.

Both drivers were transported from the scene to a local hospital. One driver was listed in serious condition and the other is listed in critical condition. Neither person has been identified at this time. 

The cause of the crash is under investigation. No other information has been released at this time.
