Your 2 Cents: Botched Execution

Death Row inmate Clayton Lockett's execution didn't go as planned last night. He convulsed and officials ordered it stopped, but he died of a heart attack 25 minutes later. Lots of you were writing about it on my Facebook page.

Greg in Edmond says: "Isn't he the animal who shot the woman then watched his pals bury her alive. Botched murder deserves a botched execution."

Barbara in Ponca City: "The victims were never allowed to ask how they were going to be killed. Come on people think about the victims and their families."

But Jeff says: "Yes, he was sentenced to die. He was not sentenced to be tortured to death. I am sure Jesus would not have cheered his pain."

Rebecca in Enid: "I hate to sound cold or spread malice...but it got the job done right? Karma..."
