Sausage and Spring Veggie Pesto Pasta
4 chicken Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
1 pound bowtie pasta, cooked
3 tablespoon prepared pesto sauce
1 cup brussel sprouts, cut in half
1/2 cup asparagus, cut
red onion, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes
In a large skillet cook the sausages. Remove from heat and slice. Add olive oil to the bottom of the skillet and sauté the vegetables till they are firm yet tender. Stir in the pesto sauce, pasta and Italian sausage and cook till warmed through. Serve with salad!
