"Our hearts and prayers are with those who have been affected by Sunday's tornado," Fallin said. "The state is prepared to offer every resource available to assist with cleanup, rebuilding and recovery."

A news release says state agencies can make emergency purchases and acquisitions needed to expedite the delivery of resources to the area under the Executive Order.

The order is also a first step in seeking federal assistance, if necessary.

Governor Fallin will be in Quapaw Monday to view the damage and speak with local and state emergency officials.
