According to police, at about 2:30 p.m., a man called 911 after finding the body of 31-year-old Holly Bernice Vanauken at her home in the 2900 block of S.W. 60th Street. Police have identified a woman who was found dead Monday afternoon at her home in southwest Oklahoma City.

According to police, at about 2:30 p.m., a man called 911 after finding the body of 31-year-old Holly Bernice Vanauken at her home in the 2900 block of S.W. 60th Street.

Officers arrived and quickly determined that the death appeared to be a homicide. Police said there were signs of trauma on Vanauken's body, but would not elaborate.

Police have not made any arrests at this time.

Neighbors told News 9 Vanauken has been a victim of domestic violence before. Her cause of death has not been determined.
