Oklahoma City Police are still looking for the people responsible for stabbing a northwest Oklahoma City man, and for shooting and killing an 18-year-old pregnant woman in the parking lot of the Oklahoma City Housing Authority near NE 26th and MLK Ave.

Latisha Shaw and her unborn child were pronounced dead at the hospital Sunday night. Police say she had been walking away from a fight near NE 28th and MLK Ave. when she was shot.

Police released surveillance video of three people they wanted to question about the deadly shooting. One of them is the son of Annabelle Tsatoke. She says her son was the one stabbed in the fight and she wants the people responsible for the stabbing and the shooting caught.

"I want to see justice," said Tsatoke, during an exclusive interview with News 9. "I want to see justice."

A memorial has been created just feet away from where Shaw was shot and killed. And now Tsatoke is breaking her silence, hoping it brings the people responsible to justice.

"I want to see justice brought for his sake, and for the young lady's sake and her child," said Tsatoke.

Tsotake says she had no idea the pregnant teen had been killed. She only knew her son had been rushed to the hospital after being stabbed in a fight where the pregnant mom had been too.

"I really wasn't ever told anything about what was going on," said Tsatoke. "They just said that there had been a shooting."

Tsatoke says her son was stabbed in the chest twice, and also suffered a bad cut to his lip. So they were surprised when the surveillance pictures, showing her son and two other men, were released by police-saying they wanted to identify, locate and question them in connection with the double homicide. She says he claims he was being rushed to the hospital at the time of the shooting.

"Blood was gushing out of him," said Tsatoke. "And he said he really thought that he was going to die."

Tsatoke admits her son has been involved in drugs and gangs in the past and had been arrested too, but she claims he was trying to break free of that lifestyle. However, she says her son admits he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"I asked him, I said, ‘Why did you go over there?'" said Tsatoke. "And he said ‘Just to be with some of my friends.'"

But Tsatoke says her son does not know who stabbed him, or who shot and killed Shaw.

"He said, ‘I knew the girl, like the girl, was friends with her family.'" said Tsatoke. "He said, ‘You could check hospital records when that happened. I was nowhere around.' His main concern was leaving the scene and getting to the hospital to save his life."

Tsatoke says police have questioned her son, but says he did not want to go on camera for fear of gang retaliation.

Oklahoma City Police confirm they have not made any arrests yet and are asking anyone with any information about the deadly shooting to call the homicide tip line at (405) 297-1200.
