A lot of you were angry that I agreed with two animals on death row that they have a right to know about the drugs that are going to be used to execute them, and I said it should be done humanely.
Here's what you had to say.
Julie in Guthrie first:
"Makes me sick to hear you say they don't deserve to die in agonizing pain."
Mike in Perry:
"I think you should apologize to the victim's families for giving these criminals or that judge any credibility."
Camie all the way from Springfield Ohio:
"This is the worst article I have ever read. No wonder its called 'my 2 cents'."
Chris in Stillwater agreed with me:
"Kelly, you are right on. We as a society have a responsibility of following the Constitution and not subjecting those on death row to cruel and unusual punishment or we are no better than these perpetrators."
Sabrina wrote:
"In my opinion, they deserve ALOT of pain. Let them know a little how their victims felt."
From William:
"Unlike virtually every poster here, Kelly Ogle seems to have read and understood the US Constitution, particularly the Eighth Amendment."
Finally, Pam wrote:
"...you are an "educated" man and you "feel sorry" for the inmates. My ten cents worth is you and the judge have lost your freakin' mind!!!!"
I don't feel sorry, for them, and believe they should die for their crimes. But I've witnessed an execution, and it gives you a different perspective.
