Friday is the day Jackie Taylor has been waiting for, for nearly 22 years. She not only lost her daughter, she lost her granddaughter too. And she has long suspected her daughter's former mother-in-law had something to do with their disappearance and death.

"I knew the day she picked them up and took them and didn't bring them back May 29, 1992," said Taylor. "And ever since, I have known that she was the one that murdered them. We just couldn't prove it."

News 9 was the first tell Taylor about Friday morning's arrest of Beverly Noe for murder; a woman who just a year ago denied any involvement by her or her family.

"It was not me," said Noe during an on-camera television interview with News On 6 last year. "And if it was my mother, I don't know. She's dead."

Noe's brother, Grover Pruitt, is already facing charges of accessory to murder, after authorities found the remains of Wendy Camp, her daughter Cynthia Britto and her sister- in-law Lisa Kregear buried in a field near Jennings.

Those skeletal remains were found on property that used to be owned by Grover and his mother. And the clothing matched the description of what all three were wearing the day they went missing. Court documents released Friday reveal there were also two knives and a gun found there as well.

"I am just grateful to know," said Taylor

Jackie says Wendy was involved in a custody battle with Beverly Noe's son. The two had a son together. And Jackie says Beverly is the one who drove Wendy, Cindy and Lisa to Shamrock for a court-appointed visit.

Beverly claimed she dropped them off at this Wal-Mart in Cushing afterwards, and that they disappeared from there. Jackie says for the next two decades she had to come face-to-face with Beverly every other weekend when she came to visit Wendy's son.

"And for her to come to my house and pick up my grandson knowing that she had murdered his mother and sister, it's like opening me up and pouring salt on an open wound," said Taylor.

The OSBI tells News 9 even though the bodies were discovered last year, it took the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's office nearly a year to positively ID them and determine that homicide was indeed the cause of death, and to collect enough evidence to arrest Beverly Noe.

"I'm so thankful that it has finally been done," said Taylor. "I'm just looking forward to more arrests being made because I feel that all parties responsible should be picked up and booked in as well."

The OSBI says they were never worried Noe would skip town. They said Noe truly believed she would never be arrested since so much time had already passed.

Court papers released Friday state the sister of Beverly Noe's ex-husband contacted investigators back in June 1992, and said Noe had threatened to kill Wendy if they lost custody of Wendy and Chad Noe's little boy. And that she often carried a .357 Magnum revolver in her purse. It was a .357 revolver that was found in the pit with the bodies.

Court documents also state Beverly Noe had told her ex-husband that she had recently been saved and that she said she had confessed all her sins except one, and she would take that one to the grave.

Those same court documents reveal other details recovered during taped conversations also link Beverly Noe with the gun found at the dig site. Despite that, Taylor says she forgives Noe.

"It took me four years, but I have forgiven her," said Taylor. "God showed me it was the evil in her, not her."
