According to multiple sources, a full clinical examination and an MRI of Russell Westbrook's right knee came back negative and no further injury was found.
This is obviously great news for the Thunder after a scary moment in Friday night's double-overtime victory against the Raptors. Westbrook clanged knees with Toronto guard Kyle Lowry with 7:37 left in the third quarter and never returned.
The all-star point guard has undergone three surgeries on his right knee in the past year. The Thunder organization is referring to last night's injury as a sprain.
Westbrook had 15 points on 5-of-13 shooting before leaving.
He is not expected to miss any time.
