DEL CITY, Oklahoma -

Detectives are investigating a homicide of a 15-year-old child that happened late Friday night at a Del City residence.

Del City police responded to a disturbance at 2704 Eagle Drive. Police said they made contact with 56-year-old Lochindar Caldwell and a 17-year-old female relative.

Major Jody Suit with the Del City Police Department said police found Caldwell unclothed, and he appeared delusional for unknown reasons.

According to the police report, Caldwell had started a fight with a neighbor before officers were called to the scene. The 17-year-old female told police that Caldwell had shot and killed her 15-year-old brother and forced her to stay inside the residence.

Major Suit said investigators found the body of the 15-year-old brother in a bedroom, and he appeared to have been killed earlier in the day.

Officials said Caldwell is facing 1st Degree Murder charges.
