Lows tonight will drop into the 30s with south winds at 10 to 15 mph.

Spring begins Thursday at 11:57 a.m., and to kick it off, warm temperatures return.

Highs Thursday will be in lower and mid 70s with sunny skies. Southwest winds will crank up through the day at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 at times. This will create an extreme wildfire risk once again.

Winds will begin to taper off late Thursday evening, but the dry conditions will persist into Friday.

A cold front will arrive on Friday with a slight chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms late Friday night into Saturday. Best rain chances will be in eastern and southeast Oklahoma.
