An Oklahoma City man threatens to kill Governor Mary Fallin.

Oklahoma City Police arrested 27-year-old Matthew Johnson around 11 p.m. on March 17.

Police received a call from an acquaintance of Johnson who warned he had threatened to kill Governor Fallin and any police officer he came across.

Johnson was reportedly angry because the governor would not legalize marijuana. Johnson's neighbors were too concerned with his behavior to reveal their identity but said, "he seemed like he had some anger issues."

Neighbors said he would often run through the apartment complex cussing and talking about his 9 millimeter handgun.

Records at the Oklahoma County Jail and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections show Johnson has been in and out jail at least six times in the last three years for domestic abuse and assault and battery.

Johnson was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail where he continued to threaten every officer he came into contact with. He is being held on a complaint of endeavoring to perform an act of violence. His bond is set at $2,000.
