A missing Hanna man has been located, according to Captain Rick Rutledge of the Oklahoma Wing of the Civil Air Patrol.

Deputies had resumed the search Sunday morning after it was suspended due to poor weather Saturday night, according to the McIntosh County Sheriff's Department.

A dispatcher at the Sheriff's Department said Biggot was found early Sunday and is in good shape. Biggot was found not far from his parents' home by family members.

"We are very relieved at the outcome and happy to have Nicholas back safe," said McIntosh County Sheriff Kevin Ledbetter.

"I'd also like to personally thank all the agencies, organizations, and citizens that helped carry out this search."

Authorities say Biggot had last been seen near the intersection of State Highway 9 and Highway 52 about 3 miles north of Hanna. That's about 20 miles southeast of Henryetta and 21 miles southwest of Eufaula. Biggot was wearing a zipped jacket, jeans and hiking boots.

Teams from Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Norman, Oklahoma City and Tinker AFB took part in the search.

"We're just glad to know that he was found alive and well," said Lt.Col. Eduardo Angala.

"With the temperatures overnight and what was expected for wind chills today we are so happy this had a very positive ending."
