Former Army Lt. Michael Behenna To Return To Oklahoma

Family, friends and supporters will gather on Friday to welcome home an Edmond soldier who is being paroled from military prison.

Lieutenant Michael Behenna was convicted of shooting an Iraqi civilian in 2008.

Behenna says he fired the gun in self-defense. He was scheduled to serve 15 years at Fort Leavenworth. But that's when his case gained support from Governor Fallin and many others.
