The college basketball regular season is over and the Big 12 men's tournament is coming up this week. Dean and John go over the Sooners' and Cowboys' regular season finales, as well as look ahead to the tournament and the All-Big 12 teams.

The pair of experts touch on the start of spring football for the Sooners and Cowboys, as well as visit the 20-year anniversary of Tulsa's magical run to the Sweet 16.
