WANTED: Man Accused Of Stealing More Than $40,000.00 From Inmate Phone Service

Caldwell has been an employee of OCSO jail vendor Telmate, and is believed to have stolen more than $40,000.00 worth of cash from terminals located at the Oklahoma County Detention Center.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office is currently searching for 65-year-old Thomas Caldwell.

Caldwell is believed to have stolen more than $40,000.00 worth of cash from terminals located at the Oklahoma County Detention Center while working for OCSO jail vendor Telmate,.

On March 3rd, 2014 Caldwell, who works for Telmate an inmate telephone service, was seen doing his job of removing cash from the terminals, but never deposited the cash for his employers. After removing the cash Caldwell was last seen by video cameras at the jail leaving the rear employee entrance of the facility.

All of the stolen money belongs to the vendor, Telmate.

Investigators have not been able to locate Caldwell. He is described as white, 6'0, 234lbs, blue eyes, and gray hair.

Caldwell's vehicle is also missing:

-2010 Ford F-150 Extended Cab Pickup Truck

-Silver or Gray

-Oklahoma license plate 497-HEG

Caldwell is facing 6 complaints of felony embezzlement.
