Suspect On The Loose After Attempted Armed Robbery In NW OKC

Police are on the lookout for a man who attempted to rob three people in northwest Oklahoma City, Thursday night.

It started near NW 10^th St. and County Line Rd. According to police, the three victims were parked when a male suspect approached, pistol whipped one person, and attempted to rob the group.

The victims refused and the suspect fled. The victims attempted to chase after the suspect, but gave up after the suspect fired a shot in their direction.

The three victims stopped near Reno Ave. and Mustang Rd. and called police from a local gas station.

A description of the suspect has not been released at this time. No one was seriously injured during the attempted robbery.
