Murder Charges Filed Against Suspect In Norman Man's Death

First-degree murder charges have been filed against a suspect in the shooting death of a Norman man.

Ethan Spruill, 22, is being held in the Cleveland County Jail in the death of Aaron McCray. Police say Spruill shot and killed McCray Saturday at the Cherry Stone Apartments after a noise complaint.

In a police affidavit, Spruill admitted to the shooting and that he had been drinking before the incident.
