Three earthquakes have rattled residents in the Edmond and Guthrie area early Tuesday morning.
The first earthquake was reported just before 6 a.m. between Edmond and Guthrie. It was a 3.8 magnitude quake, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
A second quake shook the same area less than 30 minutes later. It was a 3.3 on the Richter scale and the center was located about four miles southwest of Guthrie, according to the USGS.
And again, just before 6:30 a.m., a 2.8 magnitude earthquake struck six miles south, southwest of Guthrie.
Several News 9 viewers said they felt these quakes. No damage or injuries have been reported as of 7 a.m.
At about 1 a.m. Tuesday, a 2.6 magnitude earthquake was recorded 12 miles south, southwest of McCord and 14 miles south of Ponca City. It was about three miles deep.
