A cold front moves in tonight giving us strong north winds and we could have a few showers especially along northern Oklahoma.
Lows tonight will be flirting freezing along and north of I-40. Light freezing drizzle/rain will be possible in the area shaded in purple. For the OKC Metro, temps will be right around 33°. One degree cooler and we will have some very light ice in the morning as well. This could cause icy bridges and overpasses for your Friday AM commute, but accumulations will be very light if any at all. Temps will quickly climb above 32° by mid morning thawing any ice, and the rain will move out to the east.
Highs on Friday will rebound into the mid and upper 50s with 60s down around the Red River. Skies will be partly cloudy with north winds at 15 to 25 mph.
The weekend looks beautiful with highs in the mid and upper 60s.
