Brats In A Blanket With Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

2 packages Schwab's Bratwurst

2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls

1/2 cup Suan's Onion Jam

Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into 4 sheets. Make sure and press the perforations together. Spread a tablespoon of onion jam over each sheet. Then wrap a crescent roll around each one and place seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

To make dipping sauce: Simply whisk together all of the ingredients a couple of hours before serving. Allow to sit in the refrigerate and meld all of those phenomenal flavors together!
