Gov. Mary Fallin is telling Oklahomans to buckle down and conserve water.
The US Drought Monitor says 64 percent of the state is in a drought.
Fallin worries low water levels will not only affect agriculture, but will also hurt communities that rely on lakes for tourism.
State officials are working on a plan to re-use and recycle water.
