BREAKING: Durant To Miss Tonight's Game Against Boston

Thunder coach Scott Brooks told reporters this afternoon that Kevin Durant will not play in tonight's contest against the Boston Celtics.

Durant is having lingering shoulder issues from a minor injury suffered in Wednesday's 111-105 victory against San Antonio.

Durant is the NBA's leading scorer averaging 31 points, 7.7 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game.

He has been on a tear recently with nine-straight games of 30 points or more.

Second-year forward Perry Jones will start in his place in Boston.
