Ingredients:
2 pounds baby spinach
2 tablespoon butter flavored olive oil
5 garlic cloves, rough chopped
sea salt and pepper
red pepper
lemon
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
In a large dutch oven over medium heat warm the olive oil and then sauté the garlic for about a minute. Do not let it brown or it will be bitter. Add in the spinach and using tongs toss together. Place the lid not the pot and cook for 2 minutes or until slightly wilted. Remove spinach from the pot and place in a bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and then place a pat of butter on top.
