Ingredients:
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup pistachios
1 tsp real sea salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp sucanat
3-4 scoops vanilla protein powder
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw Andrew's Honey Bees honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together: oats, coconut, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, nuts, chia seeds, salt, sucanat, and protein powder.
In a small bowl, combine coconut oil and honey. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir together and Pour over dry ingredients. Place granola on prepared baking pan. Bake in oven for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
