Crews Rescue Man Trapped Under Vehicle In Edmond

Emergency crews have freed a man who was trapped under a vehicle Monday afternoon in Edmond.

It happened just after 4:30 p.m. at Waterloo Road and Post Road in Edmond.

According to authorities, the man was towing a vehicle, and the drive shaft of a truck slipped off, trapping the man under the truck.

Crews were able to free the man. He has been transported to the OU Medical Center in serious condition.

Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies and Edmond firefighters responded to the incident.
