MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -

A Midwest City family is looking for a new place to live after their home on Kittyhawk Drive caught fire about 1 a.m. Monday.

This is located not too far from Jarman Middle School. Firefighters say it appears to be electrical, and started in the entryway before moving to the attic.

Luckily, the father saw the smoke and got everyone out safely. The fire caused between $5,000 to $6,000 in damage.
