Gluten Free Dark Chocolate 3-Minute Cake
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp Agave nectar
1/4 cup 1% Braum's milk (any kind will do)
1 egg
1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
In a traditional sized coffee mug, combine the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Stir well. Pour in the agave nectar, milk and stir well till smooth. Using a fork beat in the egg till it is the consistency of cake batter. Sprinkle in half of the chocolate chips stirring into the batter. Sprinkle with remaining chips and then place into microwave. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave and the size of the mug. Remove from microwave and enjoy.
