Fresh Greens Chopped Salad w/ Sugar Free Poppyseed Dressing

1 package cole slaw mix

2 cups baby kale greens

2 cups butter lettuce greens, torn into pieces

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

In a large salad bowl mix together the greens and slaw mix. Sprinkle with cranberries and roasted pepitas. Drizzle with dressing.

Sugar Free Poppyseed Dressing

1/2 cup lite mayonnaise

1 tablespoon agave nectar

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

salt and pepper

1 teaspoon poppy seeds

2 tablespoon onion, minced fine

In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, agave nectar, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper, and poppy seeds. Stir in the minced onion. Drizzle over salad
