Sentencing for convicted gambler, Teddy Mitchell, has been moved back again.

Mitchell's new sentencing date is set for January 17.

Mitchell was found guilty for gambling and money laundering. He has asked the judge to give him six months or less for the sake of his young daughter.

His wife, Julie, was beaten to death back in 2010. Her murder remains unsolved.
