OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police have arrested a man in connection with a violent home invasion that took place on December 29, 2013 in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to police, the home invasion happened at about 10 a.m. in the 3100 block of NW 35th Place.

Police said two men knocked on the victim's door and asked if her husband was home. When she said "no," they barged through the door and knocked her down, breaking her hip and arm.

The 68-year-old victim remains in critical condition at a local hospital.

According to police, once inside, the suspects ransacked the home, taking a large flat screen television, checks, credit cards, cash, and the victim's car keys. One suspect even removed the victim's glasses and broke them to prevent her from identifying them.

The victim was on the floor for about 11 hours before she was able to drag herself to a phone to call for help, police said.

The suspects were captured on video using the victim's credit cards at local businesses.

Police released a surveillance video of the suspects on Wednesday. At about 6:30 p.m. Friday, officers located one of the suspects, identified as 25-year-old Chadwick Stone at an apartment complex in the 2300 block of N. Meridian. He was then taken into custody.
