News 9 is learning more about the bizarre and violent crime spree of an accused Oklahoma City man.
This weekend, 40-year-old Mario Garnett was shot to death by police in Phoenix after they say he tried to rob a bank.

Police say Garnett robbed banks in Atlanta, Mississippi and attempted to rob a bank in Phoenix when he was shot and killed by police Saturday.
Last week in Tupelo, Mississippi, police say he shot two police officers. One of them died.
This was the same man who threatened the life of President Barrack Obama by posting on the White House website.
Garnett wrote: "If you order a strike on Iran. I'm going to come up there and blow your brains out on national TV. You scheming hypocrite."
In June of 2011, he was sentenced to eight months in prison for making the threat.
After his release from prison, The Attorney General's Office in Oklahoma City says Garnett broke the terms of his supervised probation. He failed to report to his probation officer and even threatened the life of his mental health counselor, according to court documents.
Garnett would spend the next two years of that "probationary period" back in prison.
After his release in July of 2013, his prison and probation requirements had been met. He was a free man.
It's unclear exactly how long Garnett lived in Oklahoma City. He had a northwest Oklahoma City address.
News 9 has also learned he was evicted from an apartment complex here in 2004.
